I just joined &amp;#8220;My Fitness Pal&amp;#8221; and &amp;#8220;Fitocracy.&amp;#8221; Love the former because its food database is massive. Dislike the former because tracking food may potentially harm my healthy relationship with it. Love the latter because it turns it into an online game, and who doesn&amp;#8217;t like that. Dislike the latter because it has been difficult finding the name of strength training exercises. So far I only got dumbbell bicep curls and zumba logged for last Saturday. I couldn&amp;#8217;t find &amp;#8220;Dip Assists&amp;#8221; or &amp;#8220;Chin Assists&amp;#8221; or &amp;#8220;that behind the neck triceps pull up thingie.&amp;#8221; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How do you track your strength training with Fitocracy?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there a list of common exercises with pictures and corresponding names from the Fitocracy database? &lt;/p&gt;

Today is a very typical day for a non-period week, which means I snack very little. Plus, I am changing my eating behavior so that I eat more for breakfast and lunch and sparingly for dinner. Today is also gym day which would include almonds and a banana for pre-workout and protein bar for post workout, and light dinner that is high in veggies. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, it&amp;#8217;s 4:36pm now. and I&amp;#8217;m only at 600/1210 calories for the day. My intake looks like this:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yesterday I did 30 sec hi / 60 sec lo intensity H.I.I.T. workout with 3 minutes of warm up and cool down. I did 11 reps of Hi-Lo, finished with 30 secs of hi and ended with 3 minutes cool down for a total time of 23 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I sweated. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A lot. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I lifted. I increased the weights for biceps curls from 8 lbs to 10 lbs (last Saturday) to 12 pounds (last night), for that behind the neck triceps lifts from 15 lbs to 20 lbs. Then I finished the night with some requisite glutes, abdominal workout, and dip assists. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;10 get down &amp; up starting with right leg (stay in a squat position when you’re up, make those legs burn!)&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;It will take you around 25 minutes to perform this circuit 3 times. Keep your abs engaged to protect your lower back!&lt;/p&gt;

Considering that last night was my first zumba session, and I only spent about 5~10% of the time standing still because I wasn&amp;#8217;t able to figure out what the hell I was doing, I think I did pretty well. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Slowly, I will move up to the front of the class. For now, I am ok with standing in the back. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Question though for people with long hair, how do you get that shit tightly secured?
